  • If you want crackers, why not try an organic whole grain cracker instead? And yes, definitely keep even the whole grain ones to a minimum too.

Well if you know your behavior is wrong why do you continue with it? It`s like beating your head off a wall, when you stop doing it your headache goes away.

I wouldn't recommend crackers to be an every day thing.. but for an occasional splurge....probably ok. (Just keep it to like, 4-5 crackers, not a sleeve).
