Pre-op workout?

How much did you workout pre-op? Or did you work out at all?

I'm curious to see what people do or don't do. Please be honest if you don't/didn't work out pre-op.

I am pre-op and exercise regularly. I do triathlons....so I swim, bike or run 4 - 5 days a week. Did a 1/2 marathon last week, so this week was a recovery of hiking and a 5K. I'm not fast but I am consistent.

Activity is an important part of my stress management. People are always amazed at how much I exercise at my size. Great example that it isn't as simple as eat less, move more.

Excited to see what more is possible post-op.
