So far with the rny there are no seriously swallowing issues. I know if I drink too fast it's uncomfortable. Or if I eat too fast I burp A LOT. I'm not even a full month out yet but I noticed I am a slow loser. And I hit my first stall at about 2 weeks that lasted about 8 days. After that I started losing again slow but steady. Since my highest weight I've lost about 20lbs.

congrats, how long has it been? the place i went to may not do it because i already have swallowing issues looking for another place near me dallas or OK city are about the closest places I think im in Wichita Falls Tx, if anyone can get with me that is close to age and tell me step by step what they are going through and or have gone through especially anyone with an issue or history of choking and take xanax for it and I need info on a good place that is close by to check for the surgery!

Im 47, male. Just north of Dallas, in Prosper. I would try Dr. Stowers at My Bariactric Solution. I choose him because WLS is something he has been doing for a long time and thats all he does. Im 6 weeks out today, and I havent had any major complications and recovery is going well so far. As far has your swallowing problem, I would imagine that you pre and post diet may be more strict. Such as extended liquid phase, unless your condition is much more severe. I would give him a call.
