Which surgery do you lose rapid weight gastric bypass or sleeve surgery?

Reason why I'm asking I have a stunt in my head. I have intercranial Hypertension which fluid that doesn't go up and down your spine the normal because of that I've been suffering 5+ months of chronic headaches. I'm post-op

1 1/2 weeks. I've losted 20 pounds already that's also counting the 2 weeks of just fluid before the surgery

people usually lose more quickly with the RNY *at first* because of the malabsorption. However, at the end of two years, the average weight loss of the two surgeries is nearly identical.
