May 17th!

Hi all,

Just introducing myself. Just received my surgery appointment today, which is May 17th. Now that bagel and scrambled eggs I had this morning has become my last pre-op meal without realizing it! Starting the pre-op diet today. I was initially going for a bypass, but with an ulcer discovered during the endoscopy, the doctor recommended a sleeve. This website has been very helpful, inspiring and motivating and looking forward to being part of the forums community.

All the best,

Ben

Congrats!

Good luck with the preop diet. The first few days are rough, but it does get better.
