OK so my last weight management class was on the 30th March and I weighed around 160kg. 11th April I had my pre op assessment and was halfway through my liver diet and weighed 155.4kg.
Got my staples out today and jumped on the scales for the first time and I am down to 147.5kg.
I'm very happy and shocked at the weight loss but since my trigger to know and stop eating is hiccups I must be doing something right.
Question though (and I know everyone is different) but I'm only probably getting in about 15g of protein a day due to food intake and I'm fine with liquids and I drink loads of milk - do I need to try and up it at this stage?
I can do a shake at 20g protein during day so that should help tomorrow.
Many thanks!
