Hi lisa,

Banding is one of the best decisions I ever made. I am only three months in, but am feeling very good about it. I have never eaten so little for this length of time and I don't foresee that changing anytime soon.

One of the best things for me about the band is that it is always there. When I reach goal, the band helps me keep the weight off and that is something I have never done before and look forward to it very much.:whoo:

Good luck and keep us informed.

Cheer,

MMT

Hi! Welcome to the board. Hope everything goes well for you. I really love my band and i am really glad i did it. Donna
