Anyone going through the Kaiser Fremont Program?

I have an appt set (the 3 hr one) with the Surgeon, Nutritionist and Coordinator. I was wondering what the process is after that? I know that they give you a set amount of weight to lose, but if I lost the weight pretty quick, is there still a lot to do? Trying to gauge a timeline being a mommy and all.

Thanks!

Really wow [emoji15] my appt is 3pm
Then maybe I won't be there that long lol .. if I get done early then I'll try to go to next Friday meeting on 28th ..

Yeah but the coordinator was on vacation and it was the Friday before Christmas (at the end of the day) so I kinda feel like they rushed through the whole thing with me so they could get off early. We will just have to see. I usually get there by 5-530 at the latest so you may still be there when I show up.

I'm curious to know if we will really need to be out for 4 weeks. Or realistically, only 2 or 3 weeks.

That's really depends on the person and how long they want to stay out for work and how physically demanding their job is. Some people went back as early as a couple of days. Most people take 2-3 weeks. And others take 4-6weeks. I plan to take 5 weeks. Not necessarily because I think I need it but that way I can spend a good amount of time focusing on me.
