oh god, guys ... i am embarrassed now ... **blush**...

i havent been doing very well lately ... i can preach it but wasnt practicing .... i feel like a complete and utter fraud. :cry

i just had to take a break for a bit (and yes, i did disable my blog to everyone but me - i did update a few times) ... i have no idea why i though i could do this better on my own... :think

thank you ALL so much for your PMs and your comments here. i truly appreciate it.

so what's been going on? well, i've been losing the same few (4-6) pounds for the past month ... right now i am smack dab in the middle of my 6 pound "up" ... if that makes any sense.

i have been working out like a mad woman (yes, even running) which i think has been my saving grace cause i probably would have gained at least 15 if i wasnt working my ass off.

i did have my bandiversary (celebrated with ice cream :Banane30: that day and a brownie ice cream thingy the day after :))... but today i am on track. i am going to eat AT HOME tonight ... no garbage ... i am going to do this one meal / snack at a time.

once again, words cannot express how incredibly touched i am... i really appreciate you ladies (and gentlemen :))

Welcome back LJM. I'm glad you are ok. It wasn't the same here without you. I have complete faith in you that you'll get back on track. Sometimes it's hard to get your head back where it needs to be but I know you can do it.
