Sugar free pudding is part of the full liquid stage so if your Dr/Nut has you scheduled to be on full liquids right now then go for it. My Dr had me on full liquids 3 days post op

Does your doc have you on full liquids? If so the yummy! I loved sf pudding!

I tried sf pudding yesterdayand threw it out after the 3rd bite! For whatever reason it grossed me out and I just knew that I couldn't have another bite.

Can I have sugar free pudding 5 days post op

I could and did. I added a scoop of flavoreless protein powder and then froze it. YUM
