UnitedHealth care insurance

Hello I am new to all of this I am currently looking into the Gastric Sleeve. I have UHC insurance. I am scheduled for a seminar in April. What should I expect? thanks you for your time..

United health care only pays if your employer elects to carry the coverage, unfortunately mine did not so I was self pay!! May want to consider back up options! Good luck!!

From what i understand my Insurance doesn't unless your meet a certain criteria.

I called my insurance last Friday and was told my coverage covers the surgery not anticipate other bariatic services like nutrition and so on. They said they only needed a 6 month preauthorization I called your surgery coordinator . She said that was inaccurate what they need is six months of medical weigth loss treatment. It is very confusing!
