  3. It is absolutely normal to be scared! I was so nervous the day before i didnt sleep at all! The first few days are rough and you will find yourself wondering why you did this but this will pass and one month down the road you will know you made the right choice once the scale starts on a downward spiral!!! im 6 months out and have lost a 100 pounds and would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat!! Good luck on your journey!!! you will be great!

  5. i think the hardest part and most unexpected part was the constipation! sorry if tmi lol!! i became really irregular after about 2 months and struggled with this for about 3 months, glad to say i am better now but you would think less food less problems in that area. i am now 6 months out and have lost 96 pounds so i would definitely do it again in a hearbeat!! Good luck on your journey!!!

  13. I was out for a week and was completely fine with the exception of being tired! With a physical job I would shoot for three weeks as you will want to nap half the day and get tired easily better to have extra time than not enough! Good luck

  24. Yessss it was very confusing!!!!
  25. United health care only pays if your employer elects to carry the coverage, unfortunately mine did not so I was self pay!! May want to consider back up options! Good luck!!
  26. I am 6 days post op And it is really hard to give advice as every surgeon's requirements are different. I did a 3 week optifast diet which consisted of 800 calories and included shakes soups and protein bars. It was actually pretty tasty and easy but a little costly!! Good luck on your journey ?
