I had a friend that cheated on hers and she just took some stuff to clean her stomach out. Like myralax and citric acid or something. Just poop it out and get back up and keep going. Don't give up on yourself. Make sure you just be honest with the doc. Don't be hard on yourself. As long as you don't keep doing it. The purpose is to shrink your liver to have easier and safer access to your stomach. You got this. I'm sure you're not the only one. Don't be yourself up. I'm here at hospital waiting to be called to room. It's my big day. I'm excited and nervous but looking forward to a new me. Much love and blessings to you.

I've been struggling too but I reset the other day and got my mind right. All you can change is today and take each day as it comes. I have some matcha tea I use to help fast and it really helps and also cleans out water and poo weight;)

And not everyone who flubs on the preop isn't successful. My brother completely blew his preop diet for his lap band and became the surgeon's poster boy he was so successful. Like eight year layers and he still has kept it off.

I am on day three and struggling so bad! I just want this headache to go away and I want FOOD!

It will get better!! You need to keep this mentality; I am almost 10 weeks out and still have bad days but I don't regret my decision one bit! Keep the faith sweetie!!:D

Hang in there it does get better. I'm on day 7 surgery is next Friday and I had headaches and would close my eyes and see food. I was hangry and cranky lol. Now it is so simple Sunday I'll start the all liquid part and hope it is quick. It's funny how a normal week flys by but these two weeks have dragged lol. Good luck I know you can do it.
