  1. Sooo I just ate a egg white and grilled chicken with cheese. Maybe about 4 bites and some fresh fruit. My stomach literally said hell to the nawl to the nawl nawl nawl hell nawl.....it hasn't come back up or anything but it scared me soooo much. I'm about two weeks post op and on soft foods and these were soft as far as what my directions say but maybe it was the mix or how fast I ate it. Also are we ok to have sugar free lemonade from chic fila [emoji848]
  2. I was sleeved 4/18 as well. Very proud of you for being so transparent. I will say this journey is anything but easy but the great thing is that if you trust the process it will all be worth it. I had initial regret because I had no pain after surgery and felt normal so I felt like I did all this and now I can't eat and I wasn't happy but not at two weeks post op and on soft foods I am feeling good. It gets better xoxo
  3. I am having a mirror of your experience I have been doing so good I have to stop and ask myself did I even have surgery lol. I did buy a scale and I was happy to see 20 pounds gone since surgery 4/18 it may benefit you to buy a scale because that mental war could get intense. Wishing you so much luck and love on your journey xo
