18 days post op sever stomach pain when standing

So I'm 18 days post op, I've already had to go to my surgeons office once for rehydration as I'm having a hard time getting my water and protein in, but since Wednesday I've been having really severe left stomach pain when standing and walking. It's okay as long as I'm laying down and not moving, but that's not realistic since I have 2 kids under 5...

My pain wasn't bad after surgery and i only needed my pain mess the first few days post op, so this is something completely new to me... has anyone had pain like this before?

I have that pain whee main incision is on right side...but mines has been there since my procedure which was on 3/13/17. Try to take it as easy as possible & follow up with ur Doc

I had similar issue. It was closer to the middle above my belly button. It was like a sharp stabbing pain. As long as I was sitting or laying I was fine. My dr told me it was from the internal stitches pulling with movement. He also said some people have this issue and some don't. I ended up getting a belly compression band to kind of hold everything in place and within a few days the pain was completely gone
