  1. I bought from thrift stores, rummage sales, and clearance racks. Try having a rummage sale your self to sell your clothes that no longer fit then you will have a few extra dollars to spend on yourself
  2. Just curious, what type of vitamins do you take and how many mg/day? The only thing my dr recommended was centrum silver multivitamin 2 per day. I started taking extra biotin since I started losing hair but not sure how much to take per day.
  3. Thank you!! I'm getting to the point that my weight loss is slowing way down. I'm at somewhat of a stall but I havnt really been working out or doing any exercising so if I can get that back on track I might start losing some more. Thank you for all of your encouragement and hard work! Hope everything with your surgery goes well!
  4. Weigh in for week June 2 188.0
  5. As of today I am 4months post sleeve. I am down a total of 58.6 pounds and 38 inches combined over my body. My highest weight was 247.4 the day of surgery I was 237.4 and today I am 188.8. I started at a size 20 jeans and I'm almost able to fit into a 14. I feel so much better than I did and I have more energy. I'm so thankful I chose to go on this journey because I would have never made it this far trying on my own.

  10. I finally made it under 200!! It's been 10 years since I've seen a 1 in the front of my weight. Never thought I would be there again. So thankful I decided to go through the surgery. My HW was 247.4 I lost 10 before surgery which was on 1/31/17. So I am currently down a total of 48lbs!!
  11. That is amazing!! Keep it up because you are doing great!!
  12. Hang in there, surgery day will be here before you know it!
  13. Thank you all so much! This was very helpful!!!
  14. I am 2 1/2 months out from sleeve surgery. My family is going on vacation this week. Going to be in the car for about 14 hours. Does anyone have any good tips for eating on the road? Any good snacks I should take.
  15. I don't think that is weird at all. In fact that is a good thing because it means you are gaining more self confidence. Good luck on your journey
  16. Current weight is 204 Goal weight for this challenge 187
  17. I am a little over 2 months post sleeve and I weigh myself just about every day. This was recommended to me by my doctor. He said by tracking your weight daily you can see easily if something isn't working. For example if I know I'm not hitting my protein goal and the scale is t moving I may need to increase protein same with water.
  18. I was sleeved 1/31/17. My highest weight was 247.4, the day of surgery I was 237.4, I am currently 206.2. I'm soooo close to getting under 200 which is very exciting for me! I'm feeling so good at this point I have gone from size 20 jeans to 16.
