No regrets

As of today I am 4months post sleeve. I am down a total of 58.6 pounds and 38 inches combined over my body. My highest weight was 247.4 the day of surgery I was 237.4 and today I am 188.8. I started at a size 20 jeans and I'm almost able to fit into a 14. I feel so much better than I did and I have more energy. I'm so thankful I chose to go on this journey because I would have never made it this far trying on my own.

    Great job! Can you share any tips? I'm 8 months post op and down 50. I really thought it would be more than this by this point. I started at 241 so very similar to you. Can you share any helpful hints with me? Thanks
