I'm Trying To Bring Sexy Back...help!

Hello all~

Since Sept 5 I have lost a total of 28 lbs....10 of those were postop. I was banded on 9/20. However, now I'm started to realize that I'm getting flabby loose skin.:help: I was told that I should not go to the gym until after my doctor has seen me for the first time since surgery. My appt. is Oct.9...scared I'm really going to be just skin walking around by then!:) Even though I was overweight, my skin appeared to be tight opposed to now. I'm just totally confused...happy about the weightloss but sad about the loose skin.

Is it that I'm not getting enough Protein? I know during my liquid stage I felt like I could hardly get anything down...so I didn't drink as many Protein shakes as I should have. Could this be? :rose:

I'm really ready to begin exercising....open to all suggestions.

I dont think Protein has anything to do with it. But your skin will change over this journey, I thought early on that I was going to have a problem but it adjusted. I've almost finished losing, yes there's some flab there, and I could if I really wanted to benefit from a bit of surgery, basically its my boobs that are a complete trainwreck, - 3 pregnancies, 6 years of breastfeeding and a large weight loss, I will definitely do something about them. But the rest, well its tightened up OK - but I can see that its loosening again with more weight loss.

It CAN be remedied but it cant really be prevented - not with protein, exercise, nothing. Its down to genetics and luck.
