As a sometime sufferer also, I do better with homemade shakes. I happen to like inspire. Whey isolate protein may be kinder to my system.
The store bought ones cause me issues on occasion.

I'm thinking it's normal, as I've had it too the entire time I've been on this liquid diet. Then again, I don't exactly go around asking people about their poop so no way to find out without having the cops called on me. :(

Me too... I switched to a whey Protein Isolate which has helped me.

It's weird, I use two scoops of Beneprotein as instructed by my dietitian, she was worried I'd be constipated, however it's been anything but this. Could just be my liver or malabsorption perhaps. *glares at liver*

I do Premiere protein shakes which have whey isolate protein, and typically have no problems....until I drink them too fast....then yes, runs will come on. I just try to go slow on them, and it's all good!

My dietician said to add a fibre supplement to my daily routine as it'll help firm things up down there... to be honest I haven't noticed a great improvement.
