I need help!!!!!!

I started my journey back in late November. I had to lose 24 pounds for the insurance company to consider surgery. I lost 22 pounds and I hit a wall. I haven't changed anything in my diet. I went to see the surgeon and now my surgery which was on March 6th is now on March 27th. Any help on how I can get over this hump?

I'm not sure if you're walking or doing any type of exercise but if you walk for about 20 to 30 minutes a day that would help definitely to drop some pounds also make sure you're drinking lots of water that helps flush your system out.
good luck I hope you reach that goal weight.

Water and exercise are your best bets. Good luck. You can loose those extra pounds. You got this!

If you are eating a lot of the same stuff everyday you might try mixing things up a bit, sometimes it has helped me to do a week where I have higher and lower calorie days
