Does everyone gt their date at the second appt. With their surgeon if so I should be getting mine this month. Because my second appt. With my surgeon is this month.

I got mine date by phone on Feb 10th.. They scheduled my pre-op for Feb 16th and my surgery is Feb 27th

For me, the first appointment was a general QA session with surgeon and several patients followed by private consult. Second appointment wasn't much of an appointment just walked into the office, signed surgery papers, and left. YMMV.

My surgeon didn't give me a date. It wasn't until I met goal weight, attended classes, met with the shrink and then my case worker assigned my date. She basically held the cards. But that's Kaiser, Northern California.

This was my first appointment I seen nutrition and last lady to file the insurance my day is 3/21/17

I just received an approval for the sleeve today in the mail from Highmark with an anticipated date of April 1. It was a surprise because I didn't know they had submitted my paperwork! It looks like it only took Highmark bcbs a few days to approve my case. I will be attending my last weigh in on Monday 2/27. I'm praying that they give me a date!

I know that they will schedule me to see the anesthesiologist and get a final blood test. Oh, and I have to have my husband come to the consent signing.

I'm getting nervous!
