You're a month out things are going to change day to day. It's still changing a lot for me almost 5 months out. If you're measuring your food and following your doctor's plan you'll be fine.
What i find helps keep me motivated is every 15 or so lbs or whenever I'm out with my boyfriend "shopping" (i really just go to try things on). I am usually down a size and didn't even notice. People have noticed. I take pictures in the dressing room and am going to put them together when at goal. We see ourselves every day. Give it time it'll probably be more subtle to you than others. Take pictures and don't stress. Your body WILL change just focus on your diet and getting everything you need. It'll all fall into place. [emoji4][emoji6]
