Severe abdominal pain/no weight loss in weeks

Hey everyone , I got sleeved on December 22nd, and I am very happy I am 24 pounds down but in a 3 week time I only lost 2 pounds which is so disappointing and doesn't give me much motivation. I'm scared I am back to where I was prior to surgery( working out dieting and not losing). Also for the past month I have been having severe abdominal pain( to the point where I am crying ) and this happens every couple of days. I have attempted laxatives, suppositories, and enemas, thinking it's just constipation but I feel like it's more than that. I don't know what though. Help so sad , and tired of being in pain and stopping from having a life due to this.

If you've still got your gallbladder you may want to get that looked at, it sounds similar to the pain I had when I needed mine out.

Did you have upper and lower abdominal pain? My surgeon last time I spoke to him said it cannot be because the pain wasn't on that side, but then why the pain:/

Definitely get it looked at! Even if it is constipation, they may be able to give you something for it.
