Valentine's day meal ideas for mushies?

Now that the evacuation has been lifted, thoughts of valentine's day has returned.

In the past, I made him things like a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries and bacon roses. Now I don't even know what to make for dinner.

Any ideas for a somewhat fancy meal for someone in stage 2?

I had mushy eggs, mushy Beans and mushy corn beef hash and literally grazed on that all day! Not too romantic but practical

I made peanut butter cups. I used chocolate protein powder and PB2. It was awesome. Just like a Reese's.

World's tiniest 3 course romantic dinner. Wedding rings for scale. It's a little heavy on the cals but it is a special occasion and fits his stages.

Appetizer - Goat cheese and salmon on 3 cheese wafers with balsamic glaze (35 cals 2 protein)

Entree - chicken and cheese stuffed crepes with steamed baby zucchini (271 cals 17 protein)

Dessert - chocolate cheesecake mousse (150 cals 13.5 protein)
