How stop weighing myself daily has helped me

I just wanted to share my experience. I was a neurotic daily weigher for about 15 months post surgery. And this far out it's no more honeymoon. For the past two weeks I have not stepped on the scale.

I feel much calmer and peaceful. I'm not obsessing about my numbers on scale hence I'm not getting upset as much and having negative thoughts about my WLS journey.

These days I have amped my workouts and I can feel my muscles toning. And it motivates me to keep working out harder and eat right.

Good on you! You notice it more if you put your scales away and only pull them out at the end of each month anyway.

I'm pro-"not using the scale excessively" [emoji23] and Good For You!!! [emoji322][emoji108]
