Had our first family dinner yesterday as well. Everyone else got to enjoy homemade pizza while I had about 4 oz of mashed sweet potatoes...lol. The pizza smelled good but I wasn't even that hungry to eat my sweet potatoes.

How far out are you? I'm 2 weeks post op today and I can eat everything! I don't have any feelings of fullness and I feel like I'm not eating enough

Seems that post-op diet guidelines all depends on your individual doctor. For me it was 2 weeks of full liquids post-op, and now I'm onto the pureed/soft foods stage for 2 weeks. Very limited thus far on what I can eat. At 4 weeks post-op I'll have more freedom to eat again.

At that time, 6 days post-op. I have a 9 week recovery program/diet. Are you sure you should be eating everything?

That's me too... I ate way to much..now I'm back to weight watchers...the sleeve worked to lose 47 pounds.. But back to gain.. Hard to get your brain and belly on the right track[emoji200][emoji200][emoji200][emoji200][emoji200]
