Good morning all!

I can't even begin to tell you about all the mixed emotions I have flowing through my body! But today is my day! I'll be getting the sleeve. It will be my first surgery as an adult so I'm very very nervous. On the other hand, I'm more excited to finally be here for my life changing journey! I just got this app yesterday and I wish I knew of it sooner! Since I downloaded it last night, I have not stopped reading!! There's so much info and great stories shared! I absolutely love it!! I hope to have many more convos and gather even more tips and info from those who know best..THE ONES THAT WENT THROUGH IT THEMSELVES! Anything anybody wants to share please feel free! I'm all ears!

Hey everybody!! Officially sleeved 2/10/17. Everything went very well! It was a very short procedure thank goodness! I've been just relaxing and keeping up with my vitals and IV. My pain has actually been very mild but I am taking advantage of my pain meds! Been up and walking around had a tray of clear liquids and made home! Thanks for all of your prayers and good wishes!! Appreciate you all!!
