Hi I asked about hair loss before. I know it is common with many & almost 5 months out so think hair loss is starting to slow down a little but 4th month out seemed like a lot. I am taking Biotin now. I just wanted to ask anyone that experienced hair loss, how long til you felt like your hair was close to what it was before? Thanks. I still would do it all over again with hair loss, was worth it. It is just my husband left 4 days after surgery & although feel great with loss , hair loss does effect things to for me too. Thanks again.

I lost about 50% of my hair. It started around month 3 and stopped around month 7. I'm now 11 months post op and it is growing back. Half of my hair is currently 1 inch long, the rest is to my shoulders. Luckily I have curly hair so it blends in pretty well. I expect my hair to be back to normal in about a year.

Thanks cdeisroth. I am almost at 5 months & it seems like it is slowing down now. I started losing mine heavy 3-4 months, in last week or 2 started slowing. Good to hear yours is growing back. My hair is shoulder length & wavy/curly also. So hopefully it will grow back like yours. Thank you.
