Low blood sugar or anxiety

I am 20 weeks out and have experienced the symptoms listed below. I would say it's dumping syndrome but I haven't had any sugar. Has anyone experienced this, could it be low blood sugar, I don't think it's anxiety. It comes on without warning. Any thoughts?

Symptoms

Jittery feeling

Sometimes a warm rush

Faster heart beat

You are probably right that it is blood sugar or anxiety related. Without knowing you and your circumstances, impossible to say.

Pay attention to what seems to bring it on, or what seems to make it better.

I'm starting to think every bariatric patient should have a blood pressure cuff, glucose meter, thermometer, oxygen, and heart rate monitors.
