Hello

You can find the packages here: http://www.belgiumsurgeryservices.com/esthetic_offers.php

HTH

Packages are inclusive from what Frederik has emailled to me.

I am probably going to have my fill in two weeks as it feels like the restriction is easing. I am able to eat a little more but Friday will tell me when I weigh.

Back soon with news of x-ray etc.

Well I am back from my op in Brussels. Met some lovely people over there. Hospital was spotless and Chris and Fred were so nice. Was in a lot of pain after the surgery, mainly full of gas. Feeling better today although still a bit tender. Thankfully most of the trapped wind has gone. I wasn't expecting to be in so much pain. I instantly regretted having the op when I woke up in pain. But I am assured that this is a common thread amongst everyone that has had it done.

For those who are in the process of going for surgery be sure to bring something for trapped wind in liquid form and try and walk around as that realy helped me. Stock up on fluids when you get there as I was very de-hydrated post op. You will be in pain but it's only a temporary thing. I'm so glad the surgery is over and I can now begin the real journey

Thanks Charlene and Slinky. Just changed my dressings earlier. Was sore after. Will feel better when the stitches are out. When did you go back to work? I'm not sure if I should go in on Monday. My job is quite heavy at times and am worried that the stiches will burst

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
