Day 3 liquid diet

Hi. Starting day 3 liquid diet. I am allowed 4 weightwatcher Soups, 4 mullerlight yogurts, pint of milk, tea, coffee, sugar free squash and Water. So far so good. Am keeping busy when cravings set in. Yesterday helped my daughter totally blitz wardrobe. She was happy as was lot of blitzing and now looks so neat. I was happy as kept me out of kitchen. I know by time of surgery 3rd Feb my home will be spotless lol. Good luck everyone xx

    Oh well I plan on enjoying my night away tonight then and will do pre op diet for 1 week from tomorrow. I thought that it should be based on individual but my surgeon said that everyone has to do it.
