Banded yesterday...have questions

I feel like I researched and did all things right to prepare for surgery, but nothing post surgery. How often does one drink? What do you drink? When they say clear liquids, does that mean berry protein water from Kelloggs? If anyone can tell me what they have done, it would really help. By the way, I feel good. So far no real pain only soreness and slight discomfort. I want to burp but can't seem to get it out. I feel tightness then it goes away.

Darr, I went to Acuna , Mexico and was banded 9/19 too...it's been17 days and I've lost 19 pounds....

Isn't Dr. Rodriguez wonderful? I loved the experience and attention I received. I have only lost 10lbs, I'm hoping it will come off quicker once I feel restriction.
