14 hrs after surgery, in hospital with crazy gas pain.

It's so frustrating that the only way to get rid of the gas pains is to walk around every 2 hours. My pain is still the same and now it's spread to my chest and all over my back. I mean can someone tell me how to force a fart or something?!

When I was in the hospital I would lay flat in the hospital and let the bubbles out (burpp) then roll the bed back up in the sitting position.

In the hospital, I just walked. So. Much. I was finally able to burp the next day, but didn't pass gas until day 3 after I was home already. The pushing hurt my incisions so if it wasn't for that I probably would have earlier haha
