One Month Surgiversary....Onederland

  • Popular Post

One month surgiversary, and I am unofficially in onederland!! I have been eating great on the puree/soft stage, now I get to introduce some cooked veggies, and solid food. This should be interesting.

Thanks everyone...

I started with a HW of 227, after surgery I was at 217, then down to 207 at my first check up. So I lost most of the Water weight within a week and a half, then slowed down. I didn't have to do a post-op liquid phase, so it was great to be eating mushy/soft Proteins (eggs, white flaky fish, chicken, meatballs, ricotta bake, chilli, etc.) from day one and still seeing the scales move. I think I am in a stall right now, as I have been stuck between 198/199 for a few days now.

I just wish my visits with Mary would let up!! She has visited twice since the surgery, so she is kind of getting on my nerves.
