Keeping My Mouth Shut!

I went for my second fill today and the nurse wanted to give me 2cc's. I asked for 3 since I live very far away and could not feel any difference after the first 3cc's last week. She agreed and put in the 3, then came the water test which I failed! I could not get the water down and it came back up. This was the first PB for me and I really will be okay if I never have to feel that again! It was terrible! Needless to say I was back on the table to have 1cc taken out putting me at the original 2 that she wanted to give me. From now on I will not argue with the professionals!

I have been on a PB run lately...not the funnest thing I've done. I attribute it to too much stress and my band having a sick sense of humor. I eat things that I normally have eaten and I get stuck. Never know when, or why, but the pattern seems to be chicken, which is my primary meat. I will have to make adjustments.
