Would you believe I gained two pounds after my first fill. I had the feeling the doctor wasn't being agressive enough. I had my second fill yesterday. We'll see how it goes.

What do you think your main issue is?

1) Eating too much at each meal? (probably need a fill)

2) Getting hungry between meals? (probably need a fill, or a planned, healthy snack)

3) Eating unhealthy foods, or snacking? (need to commit to healthier food choices: lean Protein, fruit & veggies)

4) Not exercising? (add it in! It feels great!)

5) Emotional eating? (might be time to see a counselor for help)

Just realized you are from Urbana. I'm in Champaign! How are you doing? I see you haven't posted in awhile.
