No preop diet, do you think a glass of champagne is safe 5 days before surgery?

So the only preop requirement I have is a Liquid diet starting noon the day before surgery. The anesthesiaologist told me no alcohol 3 days before surgery. So wondering what other folks thoughts are on this. I've done fine on all my preop prep and lost more weight than was required.

I had one the week of my surgery and was just fine. Enjoy because it will be a while before you can again! Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
