  1. I try very hard to stick to the plan! I stay away from rice, bread, pasta and carbs are few and far between. I had fried alligator and conch while on vacation and I drink regular juice SOMETIMES so I'm not perfect by any means. I have started drinking lots more water, avoiding juice and drinking Crystal Light because juice is my weakness. I eat melon (water, honeydew and cantaloupe) even though people say avoid the sugars in fruit but it has made my sweet cravings that were barely there diminish completely. I don't eat cake (pastries period), cookies or chocolate at all. I'll eat a granola or breakfast bar and that's occasionally as well. I just try to stick to the plan and avoid fillers (rice, pasta) and try to do no less than 30 minutes of exercise daily or every other day. I hope my advice helps!
  2. I no longer like pizza. I don't eat the bread. I eat the toppings and I don't enjoy it. *shrugs* I didn't need it anyway. I have slowed on my weight loss but picked up on my working out. I have a tender knee so I am going to invest in a knee brace for when I walk. I push myself though so I am not giving up at all! I will start to lose again. I'm confident that my sleeve works! I'm down 92 pounds but I'm not a quitter! I have 77 pounds to get to 200. I will set a new goal at that point but for now, 200 is my goal! [emoji166]?Sleeved Doll Since 12/15/16?[emoji166]
  3. The middle is my starting weight, the sides are the current me. I am down 74 pounds so far! I am starting my workouts this weekend because I honestly haven't been! I still eat properly so I am still losing but of course I would lose more of I worked out. So I'm getting up off my butt and doing so! Wish me luck!
  4. It slowed for me but I am not worried. I also know I need to be working out and I am NOT. We have to remember, we didn't gain overnight so losing overnight is not feasible. We'll get there! Our surgery is am awesome tool and it works so we just have to have a little patience! Also, Google resetting your pouch. It's basically starting over for a few days to boost weight loss. Hope thus helps! [emoji166]?Sleeved Doll Since 12/15/16?[emoji166]

  6. Noooo, I never touch bread and I stick to my diet. I can only say I drink regular juice and I even let that get watered down. Most juices I can't stand now though because they are so sweet!

  20. I got my surgery! I am excited! I am dealing with the gas from when they fill your stomach but other than that the pain pills help. I am up and moving around. I have had cottage cheese, applesauce, Popsicles and broth and it's filling me up . I'm struggling with my Water intake. I took my Flintstones and going to take my Calcium chewable my doctor gave me. I ordered a scale for the first time in my life. I need to track my progress. I am down 15 pounds! I am excited but I know I won't publicly document every weight loss so as not to get discouraged. I am still excited and hopeful! I will keep you all posted on my life after the sleeve! Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
