One year anniversary today!

I went for my one year follow up, and the only thing I'm short on is Vitamin D. It's the winter and Chicago's temperature started out at -8, so I won't be a sun worshipper any time soon. I've been placed on Vitamin D supplements, but everything else looks great.

I just made it down 100 pounds in a year! Attached are the before and after pics of December 20, 2015 to December 20, 2016. Here's to a great 2017!

Don't freak out. It will be one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. Take deep breaths, follow the program, and you will be in my exact spot on December 27, 2017.

I did! I went from a G to a double D. I've been consistent at a Double D after I lost the first 50 pounds. I lost the first 50 in the first 4 months, so I was rapidly losing my chest. After that, it has stopped losing in the chest and moving to other places where I wanted to lose weight in the first place.

You look fabulous..do you mind me asking if you had to have skin surgery at all? I am looking at losing between 50-75 to be in my teams goal range and I wonder if I'll deal with excess skin that I'll need to have removed.

Thanks! I actually haven't had skin surgery, but I need to. My arms are all skin at the top, and my lower abdomen, thighs, and back have skin that can go immediately. I just lost another 5 pounds this month, so the plastic surgeons I have spoken to want me to get at a more stable weight.
