  7. I wish you much success how long did you stay in the hospital? Sent from my Bat Phone using the BariatricPal App Hi BigJohn58! I went in at 9:45am and had my surgery around 1:30-2pm (surgeon had an issue with the person ahead of me). I was in recovery for about an hour and then I stayed the night and was told I could leave the next day as long as my liquids were staying down. I'm not going to lie, I did think about one more night in the hospital but I knew I would heal much better being home. So I came home around 5:30pm the day after surgery Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App So happy for you congrats Happy New Year Sent from my Bat Phone using the BariatricPal App Thank you my friend! 9. @@Lulu_RNY I'm having the exact opposite :/ I'm not hungry in the least! Today my two year old brought me three chocolate chip Cookies and any other time previous to this I would have eaten them all. Even if I wasn't hungry. It was weird. I held them and didn't even care. I wasn't concerned or wanting for them at all? I don't know if it's psychosomatic or not but hey I'll take it! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Uuugh I wish I could say the same!!! Hopefully when I start purree it will sustain this feeling!! 13. Ok I have a weird one. I'm four days post-op and I swear my stomach is having hunger pains. It only happens to me once in the middle of the night and it feels just like a hunger pain used to but with out the rolling feeling (does that make sense?) I wake up feed my pouch some Protein shake and then it's like (he,she,it?) is happy and we are all good again?? What is this? Does this last? Anyone else have to feed the beast in the middle of the night or do I just have a diva pouch? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  20. Hey everyone! I'm two days post op and I'm a loser now! Yayy! They found a small umbilical hernia and they gave that a few tiny stitches to rectify that once they were doing my sleeve. In some pain but I stay on top of my painkillers. I'm up walking a bunch, going to the bathroom and finally able to continue sipping my Water. Just had my first sip of Protein shake and boy have my taste buds changed! I will be completely honest I woke up from surgery saying to myself "what the hell have you done to yourself" and I can't believe I had to do this but those feelings quickly went away when I started thinking of my new life and being around for my family ❤️ Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
