Yes...I had Dr Schroeder and think he is a great surgeon and the program is very good. No questions at all about what needs to be done pre and post surgery.

    I have Anthem and they required a 6 month supervised diet. While that was going on did all the psych eval and nutritionist consult. Once everything was turned in it took about a week to get approved.

    I'm actually meeting with this practice tomorrow! Any idea of cost for self pay? or time to schedule surgery for self pay? How many days did you stay in the hospital? Sooooo many questions - lol
