Ducking in my stomach

When I stand or walk I'm sucking in my stomach muscles. It helps remind me what I'm working toward. It may sound weird but little things like this help me walk away from the holiday treats.

Hey girl, if it works do it! ???? Ducking out of the room works too.

LOL, yes and it is better than indulging and waddling out of the room. High Five!
