MyFitnessPal - do you track your vitamins?

Hi folks, for those of you who use MyFitnessPal, do you enter your Vitamins?

I noticed this morning that my blood sugar was slightly elevated after taking my Bariatric Advantage Vitamin and Calcium chew.

Absolutely! My multi-vitamin is low calorie and low carb, but especially for people who take bariatric specialty vitamins, they should be tracked. Those things will jack up your calorie, carb, and sugar counts fast.

Yup, thanks! I added my vitamins and calcium (and fiber gummies) and my blood sugar numbers made more sense for today.

Definitely! I can track to make sure that I'm getting everything I need.

You can do this with MyfitnessPal?

Just add them as food. They're in the database - and if you use something else that's not in the database, you can add it.

Thank you Fredbear.

So I'm getting 500-700 calories a day, 10 days out of surgery. I'm following the plan to the letter: meeting my water goals, getting 80-90g of protein each day... I guess I'm just wondering why is this appearing to be so easy? WTH?
