At the soft foods stage!

Had a egg for breakfast yesterday and have yogurt for lunch and cantaloupe for snack time and ended the meals with mash potatoes! Was only able to eat about 3 teaspoons each time, but oh my! Really embracing this new adventure. Anybody know when I will be able to start light exercise? Surprisingly I do feel a little more tired, but it's the new body adjusting to a new change. I'm still going to enjoy and appreciate this new journey!

I am 1 month post op, and I was just cleared for bike elliptical and SWIMMING!!! I'm stoked about the swimming part. It's how I lost 19 lbs pre surgery. You're gonna rock it!!!!!!!!
