Molina approved stage 1 and 2

I have been approved stages 1 and 2 through Molina of washington, whats next? It was approved on Tuesday Nov. 22, 2016. I still haven't heard from a case manager and one hasn't been assigned yet. I am wondering what happens next? Thanks

Nicole

I also have Molina in Washington. I'm a little bit more than halfway done. I should have everything finished by the end of February. Tomorrow I go for my upper endoscopy. Last week I had a upper G.I. and you also have to have a Manometry test. The test were assigned by UW weight-loss clinic they might also want a sleep study. I've met with Their social worker and nutritionalist. I didn't have to with their PT but you never know. Now I just need to finish up my appointments. Go for my test preview and my post op diet class then they'll send my approval back to Molina for surgery and then I'll get a date. you also have to make sure certain blood levels are normal. It's a lot but you just have to roll with the punches.

Yep, i figured I will be a professional hoop jumper by the time I'm done. Lol. I just did a sleep study so good there and I will be doing my nutritional appointments at Rockwood which is my surgery center of choice also. Good luck to you!
