Multivitamin, Zinc, and Calcium

Hi guys!!! I'm new to the group. Next week will be my 6th and final weight loss visit.. Yayy!!!!! I'm both nervous and excited. However, I would like to ask have any of you Post-Op guys ever used the Vitamin Patches?! They seem like they work well, according to the online reviews

    I use the multivitamin. I wish I knew about the iron one before I brought liquid iron.

    I believe so and they came highly recommend by my dietician and she is extremely picky on what she recommends along with the surgeon.
