I was at GNC the other day and I saw Quest chips and thought to myself that Quest makes good Protein Bars so they must make good Chips. I bought a box ($17.00) and have never been so disgusted in all my life. I have learned my lesson to try them before you buy them.

I tried Enlightened broad Beans crisp, garlic and onion. Not bad for that crispy need. I really could only eat about 1/3 to a 1/2 at one time.

Good to know. I have wondered what people think who have tried the chips.

Had lapband surgery 10/12/16

The initial taste is normal chip. But after a few seconds you are instantly chewing paper. Lol the taste disappears so fast! It's something to get used to for sure.

I thought their BBQ flavors were not too bad, but some others were almost as bad as eating the bag they came in.

Got any hamsters you can feed them to?

Lol, I'm the opposite. I do not like Quest Protein bars, wouldn't dream of eating their chips . Yuck!

I like the salt and vinegar. I will admit they are something that I eat when I am absolutely starving. They are good to have in the car and just eat in an emergency.

Also when I tried them last year fresh after surgery, they didn't taste good.

A year into eating healthy, and guess what they taste pretty decent.

I bought a pack of them, something like eight bags or so. They ain't potato chips, that's for sure, but you do get used to them. I keep them in my shop in case I am working and need a snack. I have yet to decide if I will buy more though.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.
