Foam on Top of Premier

When I shake and pour Premier into the little Medicine cups to sip it has foam on top. Is this foam alright to drink? It looks like it is full of air bubbles. I spooned it off a couple of times.

    I get a lot of foam when I put it in the blender. It is fine to drink...but I wouldn't early on because it just means more gas that has to come out. The foam makes me really burpy
