I'm one week out and I've had horrible gas and back pain. My surgeon offered me a abdominal brace which helps when I'm out walking but when I'm at home and I'm resting or sleeping, I use a pillow kinda as a brace. My nurse who has had GB said it's good to have to brace your self if you sneeze or need to sit up and it becomes like a security blanket. I hope you don't have any pain!!!
