So in my dietician appointment one of the clients I was with asked about premier! And I went and bought it yesterday from Walmart and oh my word! What a world of difference!! I start the 17th! Bought everything ahead of time and have pre op stuff done! So I'm ready to begin this process! Little nervous but very excited! But if you need a buddy to keep up with I would love one! I have the family support but not really someone who can relate 100% to what we're gonna go through! Mine is on the 20th! My dr has an actual diet plan for me to follow that includes 2 shakes for Breakfast and lunch and then a healthy dinner. But everyone's is different. Did they not discuss that with you in your pre op appointment? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

So I have a question, my surgery is December 20th, and I know the incisions will be on the upper half of my stomach and hen in the middle and such. Did anyone ever have trouble with bras? Or do you know of any solutions to be had with them? I bought a Bralette that wouldn't be as much pressure on that area but I didn't know if anyone had a better solution!
